  • What types of counseling services do you offer?

    We offer individual, pre-marital, and marital/relationship counseling sessions. Each session is designed in a manner that meets your unique needs and relationship goals.

  • How do I book a session?

    You can book a session through our Book Appointment page on the website. You can choose your desired slot and time and book as per your availability. We recommend booking 3 to 4 days prior to make sure that maximum slots are available.

  • Do you offer online sessions?

    We offer both online and offline sessions for your convenience. You can choose what works best for you at the time of booking.

  • Is everything I share in therapy confidential?

    Absolutely! Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice and we make sure that whatever you share with us during sessions stays between you and your therapist.

  • I have never been to therapy before. What can I expect from my first session?

    Your first session will be a warm, non-judgmental space where we explore your concerns and set goals together. Our therapist focuses on forming a rapport that fosters two-way open communication.
